How u started on fm 101 ?

it was like around koi baat hay last week of April 1998 ki main PTV ka aik project kar raha tha wahan per maray sath ussi project main fm kay dj Imran Azfar bhi thay, he asked me to come and join fm and i said yara main nay kabhi suna bhi nahi hay to main kya karoon ga but he said just give it a try so i went radio pakistan and gave my audition aur ussi din ho select ho gaya so but due to Moharam 11th May 1998 say main nay program shoro kya

Tell us something about ur past radio experience from fm khi ?

yes i have done programs from karachi, first time in june 2000 that time Nida Fatima (geo news) was the host on fm 101 and she took my interview on fm 101 karachi, after that i have done couple of shows with Arshad Hussain but i dont like to preform shows while i am on vaccation......

i am simple graduate (journalism, education)

Is nasir on air and off air are two different people ?

yara ji.... tu phir yehi to born artist ka kamal hota hay kay woh apni nafi kar kay khud ko mahool main dhalta hay act kerta hay bla bla bla .... on air wala nasir or off air wala nasir 2 mukhtalif loog hain...

ur fav food nasir ?

yara khanay ka main koi itna ziyada shouqeen nahi hoon... khair i love daal chawal yah main kabhi bhi kisi bhi waqat khanay kay liye tayar hota hoon....aur haan jheenga :) mujhay bohat pasand hay

how it feels when some old regular caller calls u ?

well kabhi hota hay kay koi call ker dayta hay aur international 5 saal say ker raha hoon other wise 101 to more than 7 year i am doing shows on...

well jub koi aysi call aati hay to i really like it that mujhay abhi tak yaad rekha hay kisi nay...

ur fav book nasir ?

when i was in class ninth hmmmm around 14 or 15 years i started reading about urdu poetry and the first book i have read that was dewanay meer( meer taqi meer)

RAJA GIDH by BANU QUDSIA is my fav book.

What u do in ur free time nasir ?

if i get some free time then i love to sleep or go for long drive...

ur fav perfume?

Teri Khusbo nahi milti tera lehja nahi milta..... hmmm i love perfumes, sub hi fav. hain, now a days i am using chrom of azaro, devidoff ka echo, dunhill ka blue desire, aur waysay to on and on i simply love perfumessssssss, or you can say khushbo meri kamzori hay;)

Whats ur family’s response on ur workin in media ?

ell jub main nay media ko as profession adopt kernay ka faisla kya to my family was not at all in this favour... but now they r fine.

ur gr8est wish never fulfilled till now ?

-meri 2.36 billion hasil kernay ki khawahish abhi pori nahi hoi

When u feel proud nasir ?

jub maray ammi abu ko meri wajah say khushi milti hay then i feel really proud

maray saray din hi best hotay hain coz main present moment main jeeta hoon

ur fav subjects in school ?

bio and urdu was my fav.. and i hate maths

ur fav ringtone?

decent kind of polyphonic ringtones mujhay achi lagti hain aur aaj kal meray cell phone ki ring tone hay "dead can dance" agar aapko yaad ho don carlos kay add ka jingle tha yeh..

have u written any book on poetry till yet?

qibla main shairi nahi karta coz shairi bhi mohabat ki tarah hoti hay ya nahi hoti, ke nahi jati bus iss tarah agar koi shair ho jaye to likh layta hoon ussay lay ker zabardasti pori ghazal bananay ki koshish nahi karta.. meri koi book nahi hay aur na hi filhal ya mustaqbil qareeb main koi irada hay

why some rjs are different on air & off air ?

stars per yaqeen kerta hoon but rooz nahi perhta...

DJ NA HOTA TO PATA NAHI KYA HOTA... COZ MAIN DJ HOON TO ISKA BHI MUJHAY NAHI PATA THA KAY MAIN DJ BAAN JAON GA

mera bachpan lahore main guzra aur early schooling lahore main hoi hay but i love lahore i dont know why but i love Lahore
